Product Warranty
We work hard to provide quality products that are fit for purpose and to back that up we offer a 1 year guarantee on the majority of our products which you will see clearly displayed on our product packaging where applicable. Please keep your receipts for proof of purchase and our customer service team can advise on any guarantee claims.
Ethical Policy
We are committed to improving our ethical practices as a business. All our factories are audited to ensure the safe and fair treatment of all employees who are involved in the manufacture of our products. It is our policy to source products from suppliers and factories who share our commitment to improving worker welfare and reducing environmental impact.
Environmental Policy
We are working alongside our suppliers to make our products and packaging more environmentally friendly. We are currently in the process of changing our plastic packaging to a PET product that is widely recycled. We are also switching any plastic packaging to a card alternative where possible. Whilst this is one of our main focuses we need to ensure that our products are well protected and safe to display instore (ie. blades and cutting tools) so the use of recyclable materials is not always possible.
